Don't let this unbanded cigar fool you. To showcase the truly beautiful dark and oily wrapper, the band was discarded so the wrapper would shine. In this case, there is a literal sheen from the natural oils in the Connecticut Broadleaf that encases each and every cigar. Like most "LFD", the filler is of the most rich and full-flavored Dominican leaves. You'll find flavors of citrus, coffee, and black pepper with a dark molasses sweetness throughout.
The La Flor Dominicana Cabinet Maduro No. 5 is a limited production cigar so make sure you get them when you can.
