Description
Tim Ozgener, son of CAO founder Cano Aret Ozgener, has re-entered the industry after a 12-year hiatus, launching his own brand called Ozgener Family Cigars under the Crowned Heads umbrella. He has come back in style with the introduction of the Bosphorus cigar, paying tribute to his Turkish-born parents through its name, which represents the Bosphorus Strait that separates Asia and Europe.
The Bosphorus features a dark Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, a double binder of Ecuadorian Connecticut and Nicaragua, and all-Nicaraguan fillers. The blend is then box-pressed and comes in four different sizes. The medium-plus bodied cigar has a slow burn with a range of flavors, including spice, earth, oak, medium-roast coffee, and hints of gingerbread.
